Welcome to Strategy Content Agency. By accessing our website and using our services (including ShowUp and Priority Intelligence Engine), you agree to the following terms.
1. Strategic Collaboration
Our services are designed for owner-led businesses and professionals who value directness and efficiency. We provide the tools and architecture; the execution of the strategy remains a collaborative effort.
2. Data Sovereignty & User Content
Ownership of Strategy
You maintain full ownership of all strategy logs, content drafts, and data maps created using our tools and stored in your GitHub repository. Strategy Content Agency claims no ownership over your intellectual property.
Service Access
Access to certain tools requires a valid subscription or project engagement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to maintain the integrity and performance of the “Living System” architecture.
3. Responsible Use of Automation
While we provide production-grade automation workflows (e.g., n8n-workflows), the user remains the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) and is responsible for auditing and approving any automated edits before they are pushed to production. Strategy Content Agency is not liable for errors resulting from misconfiguration of third-party APIs.
4. Termination of Engagement
Either party may terminate the engagement according to the terms specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination, your data remains in your GitHub repository, ensuring no “vendor lock-in.”
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Strategy Content Agency operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our technology or regulatory environment. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
